This vintage Liza by Lilly Pulitzer dress is so unique.  It goes on like an apron, over the head and wrapped around the back.  Teal green blue with yellow, green and white flowers, and white lace applique trim on neckline and ruffle hem.  Skirt is maxi length.  Halter neck is self tie, as is the waist wrap.  Unlined.
