It’s really simple, don’t laugh. Just pull your maxi skirt up to your bust, add a belt, and viola! You can also blouse the top a little to get a flattering length on the skirt. This trick works best with clingy jersey skirts that have elastic waistbands, like the 1960s Mr. Dino maxi skirt pictured below. Two completely different looks, with on fabulous piece. A great space saving tip for traveling!
