Vintage Albert Nipon 1980s Black and White Striped Cocktail Dress

This vintage Albert Nipon dress features a fold over portrait neckline, which can either be worn off the shoulder, or not. The bodice of the vintage dress is fitted black satin. The arm holes have elastic which allow you to wear the shoulders how ever you like, lower for an off the shoulder look, or higher for a wide shoulder strap look. The skirt is satin in white and black stripes. The width of the lines aren't even, some are wider than others, making it even more interesting.
